Town House Wismar, Restoration of a Unesco World Heritage Building 
Into a KFW-85 Low-Energy House

Two storey house with gable roof and older annex. The oldest parts of the structure date from 1400 and the site encompasses a brewery from 1680.
Permanent conservation of the building, strengthening of the facades and interior structures using timber and earth materials. All measures informed by conservation heritage standards and specifications.
